Why is a stable ID not showing in search results despite being present in many experiments?
To check if a specific user ID or stable ID has been manually added to any experiments using "Manage Overrides", follow these steps:
1. Log into the Statsig console
2. On the left-hand navigation panel, select "Users".
3. In the User's tab, enter the specific user ID or stable ID you're looking for in the "ID" field and select the appropriate "ID Type" from the dropdown menu.
4. Click "Submit" to load the data for the entered ID.
The resulting information will include a section titled "Overrides", which lists all the entities (Feature Gates, Experiments, etc.) that the given ID has been manually overridden into. Please note that you need to enter both the ID and ID type to submit a query.
If a stable ID is not showing in search results despite being present in many experiments, there are a couple of things to check:
1. Ensure that the box “include in Pulse results” was checked in the override modal.
2. Consider the timing of the assignments/exposures. It may take some time for the system to update and reflect recent changes.
