If you are experiencing issues with resetting your password or need to delete your Statsig account, follow the steps below for resolution. First, if you are not receiving the password reset email, please attempt the reset process once more.
There may have been a temporary issue that has since been resolved. If the problem persists, contact support for further assistance. In the event that you wish to delete your Statsig account, you should navigate to the Project Settings. Within the Members & Roles section, you will find the option to leave the project.
It is important to note that once all members have left the project, the project and associated organization/account will be automatically deleted. This process ensures that all user data is removed in compliance with privacy standards.
