Are there any machine-level configurations or ISP issues that may block Statsig calls?

Anonymous: Are there any machine level configurations which may block statsig calls? No adblocker, no ISP issue but requests getting timed out. Even with cURL on terminal.

Vijaye (Statsig): Sandeep, we haven’t encountered issues where even a curl fails. Could you share the curl command you’re running (just to make sure it’s valid)? The only other thing that comes to mind is your ISP. Is your ISP Jio Fiber? Another customer had pointed out an issue earlier with that ISP. And they seem to be blocking a whole bunch of domains (not just statsig).

Anonymous: I will get back on the curl. Yes one of my other colleagues is facing this issue with JioFiber. Temporarily she is using mobile hotspot to get around this. Is there a plan to get this JioFiber or other similar known ISP issues resolved anytime soon?

Anonymous: Update: 2 colleagues facing this issue both using JioFiber.
