Program Overview

Customer.io offers a comprehensive communication platform that enables businesses to automate personalized messages across email, SMS, and push notifications. The Customer.io for Startups is designed to help early-stage startups scale by providing them with access to some of Customer.io's features for free. The startup program offers two solutions: Startup Free which includes everything you need to start sending messages to your customers and Startup +Plus which includes all Startup Free features and additional technical and onboarding support.

Eligibility

To qualify for Customer.io for Startups, your startup must meet the following criteria:

• Raised less than $2M in total funding

• Contact list must be obtained through standard methods, not purchased

• Your business is currently not and have never been a customer of Customer.io
