Why are some of my experiment events not being sent to Segment from Statsig?
If you have integrated Statsig with Segment and are experiencing issues with some experiment events not being sent to Segment, there are a few things you could check:
1. Event Filtering: Statsig allows you to filter which events should be sent to Segment. Please check your Event Filtering settings in the Statsig console to ensure that the missing events are not being filtered out.
2. Segment Integration: Please ensure that your Segment integration is still correctly configured and enabled.
3. Event Data: Ensure that the events you're sending from Segment include the same identifier (either userID or stableID) as the one used in your client SDKs for the experiment. This will help Statsig join the events with the correct experiment groups.
If you've checked all of these and are still experiencing issues, please let us know. We'll flag this issue and a Statsig team member will be by to help shortly.
